One of my favorite things about providing NYC live engraving is seeing how a brand can completely transform a familiar space into an immersive experience. For the launch of Eternal Roots, Orebella’s fifth fragrance, Bedford Studio NYC in the West Village was transformed into the Eternal Roots Café for an entire weekend.

From the moment guests walked inside, they were welcomed into the world of the new fragrance. The café featured a custom menu for the event. It contained lychee-inspired drinks and treats, beautiful product displays, and plenty of thoughtfully designed photo opportunities. Guests could experience Eternal Roots for themselves. They got to learn more about the fragrance, take photos throughout the space, and enjoy a completely immersive brand activation.
The event was incredibly popular. Lines stretched down the block and wrapped around the corner as guests waited for their chance to enter the pop-up. Once inside, guests were also treated to a special surprise: a personalized compact mirror engraved on-site.
Personalized Compact Mirrors with Live Engraving
Live engraving was such a beautiful addition to this NYC fragrance launch. I personalized each mirror by hand, creating a keepsake that guests could continue using long after the weekend was over.
Many attendees didn’t realize that personalization would be part of the experience until they arrived. This made the mirrors feel even more special. It was such a fun moment watching guests light up when they learned they would be receiving a custom gift made just for them.
The engraved mirrors quickly became one of the most popular parts of the activation. Guests were able to watch the engraving process happen right in front of them. Live engraving added an interactive element to the event and gave guests them something personal to remember the Eternal Roots Café.
